PC based WebPhone
WebPhone is Internet based telephone system. E-mail and Web-browsing capabilities are incorporated in addition to telephony applications. Telephone Engine which controls and coordinates above activities is the centralized hub. Data transmission and Reception is accomplished through TCP/IP/PPP at the application layer and soft-modem at the lower layer. Portability of the system is achieved through the Telephony APIs.
User Interface for a Set-Top Box
This project involved development of embedded web pages. User interface was provided to select screen settings, printer settings, browse the net, save favourite urls.
Avatar Chat Application:
Development of an avatar chat application for a set-top box. The application was used with an embedded web
browser. Features included selection of avatars for users, selection of
rooms based on topics.
